Recover Health 50% more effectively.
Guide
Dont use the cadget only for kill assasins,use for avoid attacks that will kill you in low hp and for exit of bad situations.Dont use the super only for control of area and for damage,use for cure(only in 1x1,but if have other enemie dont make this)you can change the cadget gear for shield or damage,so you can choose but i recommend the cadget gear.Why this build?:
Cadget:help angelo to avoid bad situations,to avoid assasins and some times to avoid attacks that kill you,like piper or angelo.
Cadget gear:this help you to avoid more bad situations and to avoid more assasins.
Star power:this help angelo to attack,deal much damage and heal in the same time,very good.
Health gear:this help angelo to heal more fast,so he dont need stop attacking every time.

Knockout
Good,all modes that you need kills angelo shiny,some map with water and is open Ângelo shiny
Bounty
I sincerally,HATE this mode,but this guide not is for me,so yeah,use angelo in this mode
Wipeout
I dont have a decent description for the modes of angeloš but this in my opnion is the best mode for angelo
Showdown
Have a specific map that angelo is broken:
Dark passage
Focus on picking cubes and prepare for the end game,the end game is where angelo shine.
Works Well With
Chester
If you use the first star power of chester,make chester use the first bell after fast use the attack of angelo,hit kill on most of brawlers
Eve
Two brawlers on water is insane man,eve and angelo is a good duo.
